Thank you for shopping at Gems and Jewellery

We know you you will love your new piece of jewellery. If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Guarantee

We love the Jewellery we supply and we know you will as well.

All of our products undergo an extensive Quality assurance check including being photographed before we post out to you so we are extremely confidant the the jewellery you purchase from us will be manufactured to the highest standard.

If your piece of Jewellery is damaged in or on delivery or has a manufacturing defect we will provide you with a replacement product and cover all postage costs.Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your jewellery if there is an issue.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the jewellery is not as described please contact us immediately  Via email at sales@gemsandjewellery.com.au to discus how we can assist with your Store Credit.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a Credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags in place.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received you’re returned item.  We will  notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item within 3 days of your item being received

Due to the potential of Credit Card fraud and Pay Pal account hacking we may choose to withhold payment of your refund until we can verify your identity with your financial provider.

Where a financial refund is made we reserve the right to recuperate a service fee and bank charges of 15%.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement product to the same specifications as the original.

Unfortunately  any specially altered product ,includes sized rings are not returnable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Returned items must be sent by secured registered mail as we will only provide a replacement or store credit for items we receive.

Shipping costs are non­refundable or included as part of a store credit.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
